Thank you for supporting Al Mustafa Academy Student Services. We are committed to providing a seamless experience for our students and parents. Because we offer a mix of physical goods, digital services, and school programs, our return and refund guidelines vary by product type.
1. Digital Products and School Services (Chromebook Program)
All payments made toward the Chromebook Program, including technology fees and device protection plans, are strictly non-refundable.
2. Consumables and Vouchers (Hot Lunch Coupons)
Hot Lunch Coupons are considered final sale and are strictly non-refundable. Unused coupons cannot be returned for a refund, even in the event that a student leaves the school.
3. Physical Products (Student Art Gallery)
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from our Student Art Gallery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the physical item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are required to mail the item back to the school and are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged physical item or an incorrect quantity of lunch coupons, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will correct the issue and cover any necessary replacement costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible physical item, or to report a damaged order, please contact us with your order number and details about the product:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
