Welcome to Al Mustafa Academy Student Services. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products and services, including the Chromebook Program, Hot Lunch Coupons, and the Student Art Gallery.

  • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Al Mustafa Academy. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.

2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of physical and digital products, as well as school-related services.

  • Chromebook Program: Payments for technology fees and device protection plans are mandatory for participating students.
  • Hot Lunch Coupons: Coupons are valid only for the designated periods and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Student Art Gallery: We make every effort to display the physical artwork as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is also governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Please review that policy for specific details regarding non-refundable items (such as Hot Lunch Coupons and Chromebook Program fees) and our 14-day return window for physical items from the Student Art Gallery.

If you send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or to pay compensation for any comments.

In no case shall Al Mustafa Academy, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
